Return & Replacement Policy
At Veerabhadra Wood Craft, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
We assure you that all products sold at Veerabhadra Wood Craft are brand new and 100% genuine. Our shipments go through rigorous quality inspection processes before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping or transit, you may request a replacement.
If the product you received is 'damaged', 'defective' or 'as described', our friendly return policy has you covered?
You can conveniently initiate a return on our website/mobile site. We will ensure that you get the solution as soon as possible. Our returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product.
1. Any 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Non-Description' Product purchased from the Website may be returned to the Company within three (3) days of delivery to the User by placing a "Return Request" by choosing one of the following options:

2. The user shall ensure that he/she does not accept delivery of any product with original packaging damaged or damaged in any way.
3. If, while removing the packaging of the Product, the User finds that the Product is damaged and/or defective and/or different from the Product ordered, the User shall immediately inform the Company through the above-mentioned options of such damage and/or defect and/or discrepancy and the Company shall replace the Product or the price of the Product. A refund, together with shipping charges, if any, will be collected by the Company if the Company is unable to replace the damaged and/or defective and/or non-described product. For any refund or exchange / replacement of the product the relevant provisions of refund and exchange as given herein shall apply.
4. In case of return / replacement of the order after delivery of the product to the user, the company will arrange for pick up of the product to be returned. The User shall fully assist and cooperate in returning the Product together with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, free materials and packing materials or any other items delivered to the User along with the return of the Product. At the time of pickup the user will be provided with a pick up receipt by the company logistic partner. In this regard the User shall retain said acknowledgment and reference or product in all future communications with the Company.
5. In case any free item delivered to the user is found to be defective the company will arrange to replace only the free item and not the main product.
6. If any defect occurs after 3 days of delivery of the product or demo/installation of the product, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand as per the warranty terms of the respective manufacturer.
7. In case of products subject to demo and/or installation by the manufacturer through their authorized service partner and found to be damaged / defective, then the user shall obtain from the service partner service job sheet. The problem is clearly explained by the service partner, duly signed. Photograph detailing the damage/different product and service work sheet to be emailed to us at verbhadrawoodcraft@gmail.com from registered email id or upload it while logging into my account.
8. For products applicable to be installed by an authorized service partner of the manufacturer, if the user installs the product through an unauthorized person / company, then the warranty will be void and no replacement or refund will be applicable even if requested within 3 days of delivery.
9.Replacement Basis For those products approved by us for user escalation, we will ensure that the pickup is arranged as soon as possible and we will dispatch the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.
10. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for it.
Refund
Refunds will be considered for irrevocable purchases logged for damaged / defective / different only as per the policy mentioned above.
It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Forecash delivery transactions, we initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against your shared billing details. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours after we receive the products back and your bank details will be emailed from my account and/or register email id.
